This is what one of my girlfriends does pre contest, what do you think? She is trained by people who bascially train competitive bb and figure

5 oz white fish and 1 cup green beans
Distilled water starting at 2.5,2, 1.5, 1 gall per day. (Or there abouts)
Thurs - Fri
start at 6am eating every 2 hrs until midnight alternating meals
*fish and green beans
*5 salt free rice cakes with 1 tbs jam
Thurs .5 gall or 1 liter (cant remember) distilled water
Fri sip only when needed
Sat morning
ricecakes and jam
eat shit b.w pj and night
She had no problems spilling over and looked great, won her class
