This is what one of my girlfriends does pre contest, what do you think? She is trained by people who bascially train competitive bb and figure

SUN-WED
5 oz white fish and 1 cup green beans

Distilled water starting at 2.5,2, 1.5, 1 gall per day. (Or there abouts)

Thurs - Fri
start at 6am eating every 2 hrs until midnight alternating meals
*fish and green beans
*5 salt free rice cakes with 1 tbs jam

Thurs .5 gall or 1 liter (cant remember) distilled water
Fri sip only when needed

Sat morning
ricecakes and jam

eat shit b.w pj and night

She had no problems spilling over and looked great, won her class

What do you guys think???

the only thing i have to comment on because I dont know much about contest prep is the distilled water. I have heard some conflicting info about using distilled or regular water. Squat Ass you may also want to move this to the main forum where it will get more views.

I would never have anybody go that low in sodium for that long. I dont belive in distilled water either. Or cutting back water on thursday. Hey but thats me :eek:
