Looks like it is more. How can6 pounds make a significant visual difference at that level? If you were a small guy to start with, I can see that but at your level?

All I can say is perhaps it is quality muscle in all the right places; so it looks really notable.

That 2013 physique was already looking excellent, but it's obvious you've managed to add some noticeable width to your lats and improve overall arm size! Great job, my friend!

Maybe it comes from a slight change in your posing, but I'd even say your hams are a bit fuller and your outer quad larger too... am I right here?!?!

Like I said, I think it's less than 6 pounds of muscle.. probably half that, at most.

But it looks quite a bit better, so I'm happy

I'll take whatever improvements I can get at this point in the game.

I was gonna say if it is only six pounds it looks like it all went to back, bis and delts. Your upper and mid back big improvements. I also agree it looks like your calves and hams have more definition also.

Yeah man, 2013 pic his left leg looks turned out slightly more giving the leg a bit more "sweep".........i think.

I think those are some good gains back development is right off and the arms look more developed.Wider thicker and leaner what more could you ask for?
