okey dokey... I decided a while ago not to compete this year (shelby knows why ) so i'm taking this chance to put on some mass the old fashion way to see if this crap works like it used to or not. right now i'm between 205-210 lbs depending on what I ate the day before (i have low carb and high carb days).
the plan is to eat "clean"... not bodybuilding clean, but regular people clean
protein sources are basically:
ground eye or round steak
chicken breasts
eggs
whey
cottage cheese
carbs are:
fruits
cereal
pancakes
white bread
powdered fruit drink (it's glucose, and i drink it when i work out)
Fat sources
olive oil
peanut butter
fish oil
training is basically what Big A specified in his principles.
I won't go into details of "super supps", but i'm just gonna say that i have this planned for 4 phases... 16 weeks of growing, 12 weeks of cutting, 12 weeks of growing, 12 weeks cutting.
that's around 1 year.
the first phase is with test + slin only to gauge how effective that is. 3rd phase is with other anabolics and 8 iu gh per day (HG)
I'm accepting all your "critiques" and i'll be honest and straight forward with everything ... even if you just want to say that i'm bald and fat and need to shave that retarded belly hair
