I have been reading about many different theories about the best amount of GH to take. I have read that some professional bodybuilders say that you can't grow unless you take 15-20iu/day. However, I have also heard that your body can only process a certain amount and the rest is wasted. Would you typically take less while dieting? Also is it true that most professional bodybuilders take more than 20iu/day to add size?
