it's a decent multi. got a joint complex and digestive enzymes in it as well. be ready for neon green/yellow piss.

Yeah i have looked at it before as well. I was taking universal animal packs for my multi vitamine but i got tired of swallowing a dozon horse pills everyday. I have read some good things about orange tirad

I used it for a bottle's worth. I don't think the joint supps are a high enough dosage and I use/have good success with cissus. It did turn my piss bright yellow as stated.

I use a basic formula from Walmart now.
