OTC PCT

Some time ago I read a thread were a member stated that one of his friends took for PCT:

100mg zinc citrate
800 mg magnesium
high dose of tribulus
3g of royal jelly

1 - How did you get this combination?
2 - Can I use zinc aspartate instead?

PS. I had blood work done 2 weeks ago and my test was low (normally high), just did it again last Friday and may have to do it again depending on the results.

why do that when the board has some amazing research companies that can supply your pet rat with plenty of quality PCT items? plus with all you listed you'd prolly shell out more cash for something that may/will not work
