Hi guys, want to ask what over the counter supplements you use as I feel it is over looked alot and i'll be the first to admit that except for the basics of bcaa, creatine and protein my knowlege is very limited. I was wondering about things like green tea, gingko, arginine etc . Any input guys be it good or bad, whats a waste of money what is worth trying etc.
