I call bullshit on the plates! I've seen aluminum plates exactly like these used to make Animal Nutrien adds and other training photos for mags. When I belonged to Greg Longs gym in Trevose Pa this was a normal part of doing the photos. Did you notice the plates had just been spray painted? Or the bright aluminum little chips in some areas around the plates where they would hit the ground? Did you notice there were no other 45's to compare them to in any of the shots? The plates weren't clanking as he did any of the reps (or even moved for that matter). Not bashing on the guy because this is what they do in the industry. Just sayin.......I don't believe it!

Paulo is a good guy and is in his late 30s and JUST got into bodybuilding 4 or 5 years ago. Don't get mixed up cause he just signed with Rich.. this guy is pure genetics. His drug use is very low (for his size) and he honestly is still a newcomer to the sport.

He is from where I live and decimated the provincial championships. Very genuine nice guy too I talk to him quite often

And no its not a lie as people here have watched him explode over the last few years.


Our very own "JonnyO" is his trainer and im sure if he told you about Paulo you wouldn't believe him cause the guy is just that big of a freak.



And lee priest was 5'4 low 200s, Paulo is 5'10 and 280s in this video. Priest is obviously a legend and more advanced but please dont ever conpare him size wise to a man 30% bigger

Kind of hard to tell how tall the guy is from the video but that being said yes I agree the height weight ratio is very different and non-comparable.

Don't take the heading of the worlds biggest arms literally. It is just to gain attention and get people to click on the video. I was actually gonna post about him yesterday but left it as I didn't think he was as impressive as I thought he would be after reading about him. Obviously he looks incredible (freaky) but when Rich Piana said he is the most impressive bodybuilder he has ever seen in person I expected more. I think I saw a pic of him measuring his arms and they were 22 inches although I didn't look properly.
