hey guys im wanting to start my cycle of peg-mgf and igf-1 lr3
im currently taking ghrp6 and sermorelin at 100mcg of each 3x a day
ive been doing some reading on peg-mgf and igf-1 lr3 and from what ive found from reading anthony roberts article on both and from a few other forums it is best to shoot the peg-mgf straight after a workout bi laterial in lagging muscles
(for me i want to get my chest, delts bi's bigger)
then wait and hour and shoot the igf lr3
now my questions are do i shoot the igf in bi laterialy in those muscles aswel ie shoot again in the pecks delts bi's
and also what is the go with post work out nutrition from what ive read u need to take in simple carbs around to 100g straight after a shot so i was planning on taking 80g of vitargo after the peg mgf shot
which leads to my other question wen i shoot the igf an hour later do i again load up on a carb drink???
also can someone give me a hand with a protocol
i was planning to pin mon wed fri (bascialy EOD)
so training would b as follows:
Monday: Chest (pin mgf/igf)
Tuesday : Back
wednesday: Shoulders/traps ((pin mgf/igf)
thursdays: legs
friday: bi/tri's (pin mgf/igf) ( in bi's)
as for dosing from wat ive read start on 50 mcg of igf ie 25mcg in each muscle
so total i would b doing is 150mcg/week
and for peg-mgf 1000mcg split in 3 doses
and finally do i still shoot these peps on days off ( sat+sun)
from what ive read i shoot should first thing in the morning
