Let's say someone was running a Cyclical ketogenic diet, any arguments for or against using the diet for lean bulking being a moot point here since the choice of diet was made due to the circumstances of the lifestyle necessitating it.
If the carb up period lasts 48 hours, starting friday afternoon and ending sunday afternoon, what would be the best way to organize these throughout the week, with the goal of lean bulking and strength gains in mind.

I've been researching these for quite some time now. I can find dosing recommendations for these in a conventional bodybuilding-test tube cell's diet, but not for a diet where the carbs are being cycled, thus the question.
Suggestions regarding adding, removing, or replacing said chems are welcome.
