The truth is that I haven`t been on a diet at all.. Eating mostly junkfood, and not training since October 2003. Because the norwegian federation meant I had too much muscle for fitness and fitness figure (see the other pics I posted).
But I started on a diet for about 5 days since. And getting back on track with my training again. I`m going to perfectionate my fysique !! I`ll post pics, so keep watching. These pics is what I look like right now..
