here are some pic.from my first show.They are not so good-one of my client made them.

Whyyyyyyyyyyyy???????
The judges told me that my legs are TOO big and I have way to big hips.Nice upper body but bad lower:(They said" you need to have skiny legs"They placed the girls with skiny legs..I mean smaller hips and less muscle.So I have to change my kegs.need help:)
So....????
I NEED HELP-how can I make my hips smaller?What kind of diet and exer.I have to do.I am 5.2" and I was round 103lbs on Saturday.
I already started my diet and cardio(from Sunday)
Helpppppppppppppp:)
I learned a lot and I am happy that I did it.But still upset:(Legs...legs..legs...:(
p.s."I am the second from the right(black suit)and then the first from the right(blue suit)

I'm no figure expert, but I am assuming hip/leg meant you held too much fat in that area for this show. Only evident from photo #2.

As far as upper body muscle and torso area, you won hands down from what I see.

Your battle is just how you body holds fat (I just wish I could hold as little fat as you do)

I think you looked freakin' awesome!!!
 
Too much bodyfat and too much muscle on your legs compared to your upper. I think they are right, upper is fine, legs too big. Some of that is bodyfat tho... diet harder, eat less on leg days, LOTS of cardio... should do the trick

I could agree with this...

If your goal is to place higher though you will need to lose some muscle on your lower half. You are holding a little b/f down there as well.

You are a beautiful woman though so don't let anyone take that away from you. Just keep pushing and I have no doubt you can attain your goals.

First let me say congrats for entering your first show and finishing a diet. You should be proud for accomplishing that alone. You would be shocked at how many people I have worked with that didn't have the discipline to make it to the stage. If you are serious about changing your physique and winning these shows PM me. I work with figure girls all over the country and the changes you would need to make would be minor and would completely transform your look. You have a great frame and your future is bright. Good luck and enjoy the journey.
 
Ya looked great. it's only your first show and now you know what you need to do to win. Nxt show you will do alot better cause now you can work on the areas that need work, but to me seem minor...congrats.
 
Wondering if you might consider woman's bodybuilding over figure? Your body seems to be more suited for that perhaps? I think if you trained to just maintain your legs and really hit the upper body hard and brought that up to the level of your lower body you would look really great and complete.

I agree with what has been said, upper body looks pretty good, but lower body doesn't seem to match.
 
unforutunately i have seen it from time to time, girls with great uppers lose because legs are too big

i am no judge in figure and it really confuses me every show i go to because it seems as though every judge is looking for something different. when i looked at your pics last week (ones in your bedroom) i thought to myself that your legs did look a tad too big, but again, what did i know :p

i say fuck it, you did it and that alone is a HUGE accomplishment. i congradulate you on that.

just focus now on bringing the size of your legs down.

at the very beggining, wasnt your problem your legs were too small? and lucian helped bring them up? now they are too big? UGH! you just cant win!
 
Well from the pictures you can tell you have more bf than the rest of the ladies on stage. Sure, you're all sorts of fine and fit. But for a competition you need less bf downstairs and a little more mass upstairs.. I say you stay where you're at in physique and change your location, how does Miami sound? :D

Hah.. seriously though, congrats on your first show..

Is it bad to assume it's easier for girls to get into a figure show starting from scratch than it is for a man to get into a bb'ing competition?
 
You look beautiful. In picture 1449 your right hand is pointing at the apparent problem. Is that all muscle or is there some fat there? I am a bit jealous though. I wish some one would tell me my legs were to big.
 
YOU LOOKED GOOD AND THE AREAS YOU MENTIONED ARE NO BIG DEAL.

FAT LOSS IS AN EASY FIX. YOU'VE SHOW DISCIPLINE SO FAR....GET BACK IN THERE...THIS WAS YOUR FIRST SHOW. EVERYONE LEARNS A LOT THAT FIRST TIME!:D
 
The secret to getting rid of the Body fat is TIME. you will need to diet for longer to get rid of the fat around your legs! an extra 4-6 weeks should fix it!
 
My last month before the show was-2-3 days a week 0 carbs ,3h.cardio a day and no legs exer.the last 2 months.

Annie I'm not going to critique your physique as it has been told to you exactly what the problem is. If you are able to accept it and the advice then I believe your future is bright.

However the quote above is terribly disturbing. This is the exact reason why so many fitness/figure girls end up with serious metabolic issues. Your going to find yourself going longer on the cardio and lower on the carbs for longer periods as you continue to compete.

This is only disaster waiting to happen.

Please find someone that is qualified to help you get ready for the next show. I would want to see the gorgeous Annie today look the same 5 years/10 years/20 years down the line. Instead of the Annie who's thyroid is so messed up anything she puts in her mouth ends up on her ass.

You look great...

and the only thing to do from this point on is to improve. It takes guts to get up on stage and discipline to get there in the first place so I can only see this as a major accomplishment regardless of where you placed. Congrats!
 
IMO

Think u need to lay off legs..anything heavy, lunges a must and cardio... and maybe some calve and lower quad work but thats about it. Ur upper body just isnt as balanced but u can easily give it the attn u need.. I would try and stay close to conest shape, dont worry about putting tons of muscle on.. just refine a build a lil bit on ur upper body. Think more width to ur upper body it will make ur hips look not as big... ur on ur way and did awsome, what seperates a BBer/figure/fitness athlete from a gym rat is months of dieting and getn on stage feeling like crap... pat urself on ur back u have entered a minority brotherhood!!

also...

women produce an hormone called estrogen as u know.... men testosterone, well as uv prolly noticed men do not naturally carry fat tissue in apendages (legs, arms), but women do? Notice how many women can be so lean in their upper body and have all of their fat storage in their legs and hips? 2 things for future reference, yohimbe HCL and an anti estrogen... nolvadex... worx wonders with womens lower bodies for competitions. They do not replace months of dieting and countless hrs of stairmaster, but they sure do help facilitate the process so much faster!
