LoL there was a girl behing the mirror so i was focused more on her.
I like to warm up my knees with leg extention before i do anything else.

4 years ago i was 165 lbs.. currently at 253.
Never did legs before , i was always doing upper body as that was the most important thing for me to be big. Stupid
13 months ago i started doing legs and they grew a lot, i had to buy new pants and comlpete new wardrobe as old one was way to small.
From size S and M to xxl in 4 years.
