These pics are from last summer when I was getting ready for a local contest. I think I was about 3 or 4 weeks out. Still a little soft and puffy. They were taken with my cell phone, sorry if they are not too good.

Well your abs looked great, small waist. Vascularity through the arms look great. Because the pics really don't offer enough to accurately judge. No leg shots?How do your legs match up?

Man you look great! Especially at the weight you told me you were at, and especially for not dieting down properly and being flat, you look awesome. I can tell by the flare in your pants that you've got quads, so i'm not gonna worry, but they would be nice to see soon!

This was last summer, so at the rate you are gaining you must look great right now.... I need to look for you on tips for staying lean.... I cant seem to stop the puffiness right now.... If you are drinking a min. 3.5liters/day at 206, then how much should I be drinkinga t 260? 2 gallons?

Anyhow brother, good job and I cant wait to see some more updated pics. You are totally blessed with a small waist, awesome.

I think you and I get along so well because of our old sports (yours being cycling and my distance running)

Anywho, I have pics taken with my digital camera that include quads.
My daughter swiped my camera & I can't find it (I spent an hour looking this afternoon) but I will. The photos were taken in high resolution & I'll have to figure out how to crop/resize them & post them.

With the amount of protein I'm taking in right now, I'm going to try to get in 4 liters/day. I'm fond of my kidneys & I'd like to keep them healthy. I've already started the diet for my next contest and the extra water will help ease the hunger a little. 4 liters or a gallon IMO would be a good starting point. The majority of our body weight is water - so, the bigger you are...
