I'm the one with the Pony tail, I did this show as a Lt. Heavyweight. I won my class but not the overall. From looking at these pictures, I see what I have to work on, mainly the quads, hams and calves. I could also use some more arm size. I plan on taking maybe one year off to put on some serious mass before I step on stage again.

Let me know what you think, The first 3 photos are of the light heavy weight class. The rest are of the overall. The middleweight one, first guy on the left.

You look good bro. Just need some more on those legs and arms. But condition wise you were the best one there. Just go hard in your off season and bring your weak points up. Good overall look about you though. back was nice and cut.

Thanks Oldfell, and FSM, I do plan on putting on some good weight going back to doing a lot more squatting. I just started getting back into heavy squats but by then I was one week out and didn't want to risk tearing anything, because I had no kind of lubrication on my knees nor quads. My off-season will revolve around heavy compound movements.

I'm already up 18 lbs from the show which was only 4 days ago! But I was way underweight for the show, I was only about 178, I was 196 yesterday. My normal weight is 215, but I'm pretty lean at around 195-198, I have no Idea how I dropped so much weight those last few days. I didn't cut my water until the day of the show.
