She has decided to start competing in figure this year. She has a great background in competitive swimming (olympic alternate, NCAA all american and multi national champion). I am very proud of her and think she will do very well...she starts dieting this Monday

Thanks bubba...she dieted for only 3 weeks for those pics too crazy freakin genetics!! She has the right people behind her for her shows and I am very confident

I also will be doing my first show this summer, so we will be able to keep each other motivated and SANE...

Very athletic looking! Those are some great accomplishments that you've listed for her as well. I love swimming.

One thing to consider. She looks beautiful as she is....sometimes dieting changes a woman. I mean one like yours who is already lean and athletic looking to begin with.

I've seen it happen a couple times. My buddy had this girl who was smoking hot....naturally lean to begin with. She looked like a figure competitor! Well, after dieting rigourously she ended up rebounding pretty hard....eating too much all the time like many do after show. Thing is she's still very soft...nothing like she was previously. Not even close. I've seen this happen a couple times.

I guess what I am saying is...I think your gal looks incredible just as she is!

On the other hand she's got a great body and looks like she'd do well in competition.

Thanks for the kind words guys... I am going to get her to get an account and start posting up here as well. She was flattered and the early on feedback last night.

Jethro, I totally agree with you. This is something she wants to do. She misses the competitive nitch in her life she had from swimming...Hell, swimming was truly a job for her back in the day. In high school - college, especialy college, she would spend 5-8 hourse a day training in our out of the water for swimming! I let her know that figure is largely subjective from show to show, so not to get too upset either way and only worry about being the best Katina from show to show...constantly improving upon herself in her own eyes...

And just and athletic woman, try 13 time all-american, NCAA national champion and top 10 female swimmers in the world. Try constructive criticism instead of bush league sarcasm.
