Last Thursday Jessica and I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Weider while at the Weider Headquarters. It was quite the honor. Joe seems to be improving in health. The man has a strong spirit with much life still in him. It was truly empowering to be in the presence of history.

Weider can thank every guy he exploited and took advantage of for his finacial success... There are guys and girls who dedicated their lives literally to him and his sport and he gave very very very little back to anyone but his brother... They were worth a gross in the late 90's of almost 700 million USA dollars from all the magazines, books, TV training shows, videos, supplement line and shows ... sounds to me like 2 people are worth hundreds of millions and his bodybuilders are not worth benefits, a salary wage, s steady and rewarding check for shows no matter how the placing goes..

He chewed up competitive bodybuilders and spit them out year in and year out knowing there were 5 more to take their place... where was Weider when Dennis Newman needed money for Kemotherepy, Flex Wheeler OMG// i am ranting sorry...
