pinched nerve?

Hey guys and gals could anyone give me a quick fix for a pinched nerve in my left pec/left delt , I think I did it at work throwing tires . Thats what i get for working for GM!!! but it comes and goes and its my upper pec, and the front of my delt HELP PLEASE engbulldog

How did you diagnose this as a pinched nerve? Not being a smartass....but that's really not a very informative diagnosis, and there's a lot going on in the shoulder/chest region.
I'm curious about how you think you did this and what the problems you're having with it are.
Besides nerves you've got the possibility of lots of other tissues being damaged and irritated in that area and nerves don't just decide to get "pinched", something has to be irritated to "pinch" them.

Go see your/a chiropractor.

If he has a knowledge of extremities then the chiropractor would be perfect.

I personally dont think it would be an extremity problem....more like T2-T3 area...maybe a little cervical involvment. But it never hurts to check the shoulders and/or clavicle as well.

Thanks guys , I was thinking it was a pinched nerve cuz it was a sharp pain in both my delt/chest area only when i move it a certian way and i did it at work lifting tires from a rack to the line , around 2500 per guy in 8 hrs we work 1hr on 1hr off Its just been a bad mth for me so far jammed my ring finger on my left hand twisted my knee, and this pain in my chest/delt and note getting married in 2 weeks and my ring will not fit and it cant be resized cuz its stainless steel, Lets say the gf is not too happy about this right now but hey I'll just soap the ring up and no worries right but thanks again for the help engbulldog

I think you'd be wise to go see a chiropractor too.
Mainevent, it sounds like the extremities should be examined to me, especially with the involvement of the fingers. I do agree that the cervical and upper spine should be examined as well, due to the areas that innervate the region that engbulldog is having problems with. After all, if the impedance to proper nerve/information flow of the body can be removed, then the body will function better...not to mention stimulation of mechanoreceptors to said area in regard to helping with the nociceptor irritation. If I were doing the exam, I'd check out the whole shebang.....
