Can i get some help then on this. Below is how i am thinking of stacking my supllements can i get some feed back on what i should change or if it looks good.I work out atleast 5 days a week sometimes only four (worst case scenario). Usually around 4pm, I usually do cardio about 3 - 4 days a week at around 6am. I sometimes have to do it pwo due to time and job.
Gh 4 ius 6 days on i day off for atleast a year ( I would run ed but i read it can help protect pituitary gland
Gh shot in the am (2 ius)before cardio
Gh shot at around 7 pm 2(ius)
both shot sub q
Igf 50 mcg 3x a week M W F
about 20 minutes post work
shot into muscle trained bilaterly
4 weeks on 4 weeks off
Mgf 250 mcg 3x a week T T S (used on non igf days)
shot sub q
after work out (about the same time as gh shot)
4 weeks on 4 weeks off
t3 25mcgs ed as long as i am on gh.
in the am.
