my inbox always says its full and im missing messages but when i check what i have its not full. i also get emails from the admin saying the box is full but it doesnt look full when i check it. theres only a couple messages there now. am i dumb or what? can someone tell me what im missing so i can fix this? im not a computer savy guy so it may be something simple im not doing right. sorry for the post but this is just annoying to me

When you empty your box you have to erase your sent messages and your message tracking as well. They count towards your message total.
