Post Inject pain

So for me there seems to be no rhyme or reason. I get it very randomly. I am trying to figure out what all the factors might be. These are what I know of can some one give me other ideas as to why I seem to be so susceptible and why it seems so hit and miss?

virgin muscle
EO (ive had gear with EO that didnt hurt at all before)
higher concentrated gear
