I will try to get some videos that was taken with the Blackberry that show me performing rackpulls this morning.

Been training DC now and I loving the intensity. Ended up pulling 455x6 and then 405x10.

I am about 184 but holding a lot of water and some fat right now. Heaviest and strongest I have ever been.

Ha, thanks Tom. Maybe it looks like that due to the pump I got off the higher rep rack pulls. But nonetheless, its great to hear this from a man like you.

Looking good SmallTownIron. You've got that thickness going in your erectors and traps that those rack deads will give you.

I do not pull from the much, maybe once every 6 weeks or so. I like the rack pulls much better for my back workout.
