I have been lifting for 15 years. Ive worked up to a 600 lb beltless deadlift. but i do havew some minor lower back issues. I want to get a good belt for deadlifting but have not worn one in over a decade. am i better off with a 4 inch or 6 inch. any advice would be appreciated

Personal preferance bro...i like the wider belt myself...

I've got an Inzer Forever belt and I couldn't be happier, very rugged.

Try wearing a back wrap like the ones rehband makes under an apt or inzer belt.. It feels pretty amazing...

Yeah, Scott Safe was making pretty good belts the last time I bought one.

I've got the spud belt that elite sells. Very comfy and very supportive. If you want a smaller one get the bench belt, I think it's thinner.

Yes they are.. My Gf (halfstack on here) wears one i got her because she is so small in her waist and torso even the small lifting belts rub on her hips and ribs so we got one of those and the rest is history..
