but anyone think its better for libido than the rest of the stuff i can get my hands on like libido max otc! i know its better than that its just an example!

JR-Im actually glad i read this post and started looking into it as well. I am only 37 years old but my sex drive is way too low. I had blood work done and everything is normal. But at the end of the night i would rather get some sleep than have sex (Im married btw). SO thanks for bringing this to light. I might have to look into some parami and see if i can use it like cialis or viagra (Just take it before...bow chicka bowo. LOL

he told me to research it to make sure i was ok with sides and hell monitor me while on ive done vigara worked for hard ons but no drive .. this stuff can actually from what everyone says on here and other boards "makes you want to fuck all the time"

Well hell! Prami seems safe as can be when compared to the possible sides of tylenol and ibuprofen.

I did a bunch of research into this for future Tren use, but Im still on the fence.

NO, you can't take it before sex for a boost. Prami slowly builds up in your system with you not getting the full pharmacological benefit of a single dose until DAYS later. So dropping directly into 1 milligram could cause problems that could cause lack of libido or sex would be the last concern on your mind.

It seems to break down like this: For the anti-progestin effects, a lower dose is all that's necessary: .25 mlligrams to .5mg ED. And this seems to get good reviews as a manageable dose, with perhaps some lethargy for some.

For libido: A higher dose is necessary. More like 1mg with some needing more like 1.25-1.5mg. At this point, some people seem to get more sides, obviously. Blood sugar problems, sleep problems, higher libido BUT no control of the orgasm for some. Too fast. And you must build up to this dose over weeks, not days. Horror stories have been written about moving up too fast.

So, from what I've read...Good for progestin control, but the libido effect varies so much, you're better off with Viagra and Proviron.

Ill use Prami if I ever use Tren, and if I get some libido effect, then great. But Im sticking with Proviron and Viagra as my sex backup plan.

Sorry I guess I wasn't obvious enough with my sarcasm. I was being a smart ass. To be truthful it sounds kind of scary. Tren sounded scary at first too though. But I have never experienced any sides besides night sweats.

The possible sexual sides get alot of attention.

This drug is used for the early treatment of Parkinsons disease, treatment resistant depression and the treatment of bipolar ,and restless leg syndrome under the trade name Mirapex. It is fantastic for these uses. It's tricky to adjust to and the dosages must be slowly raised over time.
Individual reactions are varied.

So as far as using just for the sexual enhancement?
Some women get a big boost from it. Some men experience an increased performance level. Trouble is these are anecdotally derived and case studies involve older folks. May not do much for the average BBuilder.
All in all ...for increasing your performance on an occasional Saturday night romp?
Not so much.

Read some of Macro's information about Prami. I use Prami (a lot actually) because I love Deca. Kandaandm is very correct - Prami can be crazy if you jump up in dosage too fast and if taken under certain conditions (i.e in my case I accidentally took it with Tagamet and I was severely ill for 2 days - felt like I was going to pass out constantly). There are some on the board who have taken it they way they are supposed to and become very ill.

Now after being on it for a couple of months there are no sides except for the libido and the elevated GH levels (judging by hand joint pain, I know - not that scientific). I am on .5mg ED.
