You guys may be right. Fairly heavy smoker for years and i probably got lucky passing a test a couple years ago being overly hydrated

Would a buddy's piss be fine if its a few days old as long as its at body temp when tested?

Yes it will be fine as long as its at temp. Usually its just a basic dip test and honestly in the past when I've smoked I could literally chug a couple gallons of water take a piss and pass it even if I had smoked the day before.

Theres a lot of 'expert' advice on mj forums but lots of it is completely false. An example being many saying to exercise because thc is fat soluble but doing this too close to the test will be bad timing to release these metabolites. Guys here know the human body very well. Was hoping to hear from a professional

Ive smoked every day mostly for years. I dont like my odds this time around of using the dilution method but substituting can also go bad especially if the test is monitored

I'd suggest you bring clean urine and have a couple gallons of water in you in case your monitered and give it your best shot.

I stopped as soon as i found out about the test.

"Damn weed" lol i bet youve had alcohol in your life which is infinitely worse, for self and others.

My drug of choice is constructive and helps me, and nobody has ever gotten hurt from it. Its a damn shame that alcohol is glorified while killing so many ppl every day, and people admire it or dont care.
