Pre Judging done yesterday

I was holding water but i felt happy, full and big as a house, and in my team opinion we are very close to get these guys working on a little more size, improve arms glutes and legs and conditioning.

But mt wife is happy, i am happy, we fell great bc i am getting there!!!
Lets see this evening if i qualifie, but i know it was a Olympia lne of competitiors so i enjoy it like i am the winner.

First off I think you look better now than in Dallas based on the pictures. Not that you need my opinion but I would suggest keeping your offseason bodyfat under control in an effort to keep your waist down. I think if you bring your waist down your legs will look more impressive. Keep up the good work and the great attitude.

Thanks a lot my good fellas, this is my last contest this year becouse the Michigan Pro is canceled so i already ate at Rainforest cafe 2 hamberguers, 1 chicken fajitas, 2 margaritas, 2 large draft Coors Light, and an overdose or power crunch bars (i couldnt breath for 2 hours).
Wea got to the airport at 4 am and at the first stop in Atlanta i ate a Sub (it wasnt what i wanted to eat but you know ....you got to eat every shit you find) and we got to miami at 12:30 so we rided to Pizza Hut inmediatly: 2 Calzone with mushrooms and ham, and one pitcher of Bud Light, It was delisious!!!!

I am waiting for my heart beats came down to normal to eat some Ice cream with Maria cookies and finish my shit loading fantasy.

Tomorrow i will eat eggs ( i have been without them for a month) omelet with turkey smoked honey ham and 12 cereals weat bread, chicken but with condiments and rice....yes i love it, the difference now is the quantity.

Protein shakes and meat...yes lots of meat.
