This stuff is kicking my tail on the Yoga, Plyometric, Stretching days. Sometimes I can do so few of the Yoga poses, I feel like I'm just watching a movie! However...shoulder pain is starting to disappear. The chest, arm, shoulder, back days are not as much of a challenge but I'm doing them as part of the package.
I never stretched, or did Yoga. I firmly believe this is making a difference. My core is weak as well. Pathetic. The "Ab Ripper" portion of it has 339 reps and I would say I make through less than half. I would never do this stuff otherwise so I'm going to stick with it.
I have to believe that some of the training methods with active stretching techniques would be helpful, but I can't imagine they can top this "gumby" Yoga routine. I bet I can do less than 30% of it now and am soaking wet with sweat.
