Just back from the Contra Costa and Pro Muscle members did serious damage with Kari (Mo chuisle) taking the overall and Carole (Cslim) taking first place honors in Figure D class.

It was a huge show, 125 plus competitors.

It was great meeting up with everyone, Kari, Carole, Robroy and Yoli. Congrats to Carole and Kari, you did a great job! be proud. I will have more photos up soon!

These ladies really impress the hell outta me. I have been fortunate enough to make wonderful friendships with both and respect them very much. CSlim (CPact at times ) really is a trooper! And Lil Mo (Baby T ) well she is that country girl all on her own training, doing her thing, traveling all over the place to compete.

I take my hat off to these ladies (and yes my bald head is shining) they give it everything they have!
