Problems with WHATMAN :(

After almost completely my usual making of some COW , i was making a coule kits, anyways all 6 whatmans clogged up within 1-8cc?? and b4 you ask i did boil the product enough so that all glue and binders where at the bottom. My question now is, do you think the product will be good enough if most of it was not filtered but was done sterile as possible, plus im going to bake it a couple of times. DO you think thats good enough??

pumpnpose offers new filters, they seem better than whatman and offer one that is bigger than the whatman .45 that is good enought for filtering oil and is much easier to do

What steps did you follow to make your moo juice, because the ones I follow never involve boiling anything, and I've never had any problems with the whatmans

Did you try this?

Place product in a pot. Fill with water no more than level of product.

Remove product and heat water to boiling. Remove from heat and place product in water.

Wait a few minutes until product warms up. Then use 18g to suck out product and push through filter while product is warm.

This always allows product to pass through filter with ease. If product cools down and is hard to push through filter again, then just reheat.

i use the filter/coffee filter trick.... gets all the big gunk out first...

then i heat like spongebob said... pushes through nice and easy



ps... let the moo moo sit in the coffee filter overnight, then twist it to "milk" the rest of the moo moo out of the pile o crap thats left
