Thanks future, training is one BP per day five days a week. I train with high volume heavy sets. I'll do any where from 5-8 sets on the big compound movements and 4-5 sets on the isolation. I train as heavy as I can to maintain no less than five reps. I do pyramid up to the heavy sets.WOW! Great progress. So what is your diet and training like?
I'm 48. Yea I reckon we just cover up the face anyway. That way i'm only big and fat........you can't tell that I'm ugly too!!Jesus! Cover the face up and it looks like 2 completely different men. Good work. How old are you?
