my 405 CG floor press vid, had a weak day today and i think we hit our speed work a little too heavy before hand. i smoked the 4 plates and then went straight to 500 which would've been a PR for me on these, but i should've went like 455 or 475 first. oh well couple more weeks and i'll get 500 for sure.

**ok so i know i suck on board preses but im gonna start workin on them from now on. my plan is to get the 585 on 4 board, then go to 3 board till i get 585, then 2 board, and so on till i get it full range with no bounce. i used 100's on bench for the first time and used 2 on each side and then added 45's and such as i got heavier. just pointing this out so nobody goes "HEY THATS ONLY 135 NOT 245!"

also on my 575 some twat waffle knocked over my camera so my fancy video is missing my best lift from today so you guys will just hafta take my word for it, but keep watching for me to start smokin 585 real soon. bodyweight is at 295 but my strength is roughly the same if not better since i smoked 425 for 8 today.

I think its about time I posted a video on my home board. This is something a little different though and I hope you guys can adapt this exercise for yourself.

Today, September 3rd I weigh 282 lbs. and thanks to DC training I am stronger then I have ever been. In this video I used 18 plates which is 810lbs and I get 9-6-5 reps rest paused for 20 total, which blows away any previous attempts. There is only room for 10 plates/side and maybe with a little duct tape I will do it soon. This exercise destroys your delts and triceps, and it is imperative that you use your legs as shock absorbers when it catches your shoulders or your back is fucked.

There are no transitions on the video between Rest Pauses, but my breaks are 20 DEEP breaths and it takes me about 40 seconds to do that.
As I stated, I do not know how impressive this is because I know nobody that does this in my gym. But considering some of the huge guys on here, Im sure it can be done by quite a few. All I can say is try it and post it. All your opinions are welcome...

Here are a couple sets that I have done recently. I have been mostly sticking to lower rep stuff to try to get stronger but every once in awhile I like to bust out some higher rep stuff for fun.
