1. Finasteride, but not effective when using a 19-nor, it's not going to help when running deca, tren, or DHT's like primo, masteron, proviron. Deca is an easy compound on hairline until you add test and it basically negates finasterides effects. I use to use dutasteride but a doc friend says it also blocks DHT in muscle and you don't want that to happen.
2. Rogain Foam
3. Nizoral shampoo
4. Possibly Polysorbate 80 (PS80). I have recently been reading that ps80 was shown to regrow hair better than minoxidil, and regrow the frontal area but was deemed not allowed to be sold as this purpose by the FDA. Not sure why, it's a food additive.
5. Spectral DNC. Just another topical but thought to be more effective than minoxidil
All of these work much better with time. Finasteride is better by the year but is not real conducive to someone regularly using AAS because you are limited to what you can use if you want it to remain effective and do not donate blood if using finasteride or dutasteride because it can be harmful to the fetus of a pregnant woman getting a transfusion.
I've heard of guys adding finasteride tabs to minoxidil oil/alcohol based but I've also heard it really does nothing because it needs an added carrier. If minoxidil causes your scalp to dry, try the spectral brand, it has one that won't cause a dry scalp.
