Pumping a Iron is an all time classic, videos like that are inspirational but I feel Ronnie colemans cost of redemtion was awsome as he was pumping crazy weight and I loved the way he motivated himself but even better was Ronnie Coleman On The Road, he didnt pump as heavy as he did on the other video because he was very close to competion and also he wasnt used to the gym but he expalained his techniques in more detail and I have learned alot more. For example he explained why he never locks out gos deep on the squats.


Also I have this documentory of Arnold when he moved to London and it all started from there I think that was even better than pumping Iron.
