hi chaps,iv been watchin this board for awhile now and feel its the right time to put it out there and get sum advice.im 32 been training for about 12yrs and dabling with gear for 5 or 6 yrs,prior to lifting i was a bit of an endorfin junky into running and mountain biking until i busted up my ankle pretty bad parachuteing...so even though iv only been lifting for 12yrs iv had that need to push myself physicaly as long as i can remember. im 6ft 250lbs not to sure bout bf% but i have a waist and leanish but not ripped. my training intensity is one of my strengths and i dont have any probs putting away six meals a day.. my weakness over the years has been as soon as the weekend comes i say goodbye to my bb lifestyle and start partyin like im a freakin rock star ..on the recs smoking no sleep and no food no good.iv always wondered how much more muscle i could have made over the years if i hadnt got munted so much ...thats one of the great things about this board since iv been lookin on pm iv started to relize i cant have the best of both worlds and all the hard work im doing in the gym and all the cans of tuna im eatin are just a waste of time if im to carry on gettin shit faced over the weekend. and on top of it all iv been cruzing and blasting over the last 12 mths and just about to start another cycle as follows, 750mg test e a wk for 16wks 400mg deca a wk for 10wks, wks 1-10 300mg tren e a wk for 6wks, wks 11-16 then back to 125mg of test e a wk for 20 wks, iv never used pct and made the decision last year to cruze in between cycles as i messed up my natural test from NOT EVER DOING ANY PCT. i no im setting my self up for abit of a lashing but thats where im at ...so any advice on my next cycle would be great. regards ,ACEACE.
