quad injections

I've never had this problem before but the test I'm using is killing
my glute but easy on my quads. I'm doing 250mg test & 200mg EQ
twice a week. I no you should rotate and not hit the same site
more then once a week, but just wondering if any of you guys have
had problems hitting the same site twice a week?

I know alot of guys who only hit glutes or quads not both, they bounce back and fouth from one side to the other and there is nothing wrong with that. So in reality your hitting one side once a week.

I think thats what I'm going to do, hit each quad once a week. Because also
I've been getting a lump on my glute after injection. I'ts happened all 3 times
I've hit my glute with this gear. I have reaserched alot online about glute injection lumps and I think its just oil buildup because theirs no redness and its not real painfull. It does get a little itchy on the 3-4 day, but the lump is completely gone by then.

After injecting the site massage the area for about a minute or so , that might help.
