Did you decide to compete at the nationals and if so, what weight division?

just because you qualifed for nationals, doesnt mean you shld do it. i would take a year off and really focus on weak body parts. no back shots at all, so hard to say what but i can say that your legs need more size and you need to come in much tighter than these pics. the first pic is horrible to assess, you want real feed back post some front back and side poses congrats on your win though, dont take what i said as a knock on you, i am an npc judge and i see way too many ppl who jump into the national level way too early.

He posted this 3 years ago. He should have made some improvements since then if he stuck with it. I do agree that just because someone qualifies for nationals doesn't mean they should step on a national stage.

jesus youre right, i didnt even notice the post date. i just always assume posts at the top are new lol
