I PM'd a good buddy on this site this question but maybe you guys can help me as well:
Which way is the proper way to do face pulls? The other day my PT had me try both grips:
This way (overhand grip) kills my bad shoulder, I feel it in the upper arm. Possibly referred pain from having a weak rotator cuff:
**broken link removed**
This way (neutral grip) doesn't kill my shoulder but I'm not sure if it's the right way to do face pulls:
**broken link removed**
Is doing it the second way (the neutral grip that doesn't hurt) a good way of doing face pulls so I can work my upper back/rear delts?
