Question about intl label Exp date

I got some Testolic and in the original label says Exp date 5/07/09
My question is if international way to write dates Months comes first or second,its confusing cause the first # is 5 but doesnt have the zero in front,this can make a difference cause if the month is 5 is already expired but if the month is 07 then is G2G
To be more exact is like this
Mfg: 5/03/07
Exp: 5/07/09

Is it expiring the same day 5 or month?
Anybody knows about this?

I'd say exp date is 5 July 2009. And I'm pretty confident it is.

Even if the expiration date was 5-07-09, it would still be good.
