Question about sterilizing bottles

Can a travel size shampoo bottle be sterilized sufficiently to transport gear. If so how? Was thinking soak the bottle and cap in alchohol and then transfer. Any suggestions?

that would work for me. But you know your going to hear its has to be in a sealed vile cause when you open it up the air will hit it. But just think about if your using amps, you break the tops off, then draw out. so whats the difference if you unscrew a cap.

The difference is the number of times you draw out of it.
