Question about Var Dosage

I have a female friend that is considering var. Ideally she would like to take 10mg/day for 12 wks, but she has access to only 20mg tabs.

Would it be ok to take 20mg EOD or would there be any repercussions from this?

Since she is considering var, I am assuming this will be her first time? Has she done any other anabolics before? I know of a few small framed women who were already lean and got fantastic results off of as small a dose as 5mg ed.

So I guess what it really comes down to is this...what are her goals and what is her experience?

Yeah this is her first time into the darkside. Shes not small (shes like 5'10) and shes looking for something to help her with leaning out. Shes got a slow metabolism and is taking stuff for hypothyroidism, but it still does a number on her ability to lean out.

Shes into powerlifting and knows how to diet, but given her adrenal issues shes looking for "help"

I would do 5mg per day for 2 weeks to see how she reacts, clit enlargement, sex drive increase, etc.

If she is cool then increase to 10mg per day. Just use a small razor blade to cut up the 20mg tabs. That is a big dose for her first time and women respond very well to low doses, esp on var.

I would just split the 20mg in two. I would see how well she does with the 10mg first.
