I seem to be in the same situation you are...I took much time off due to injury....started back with first cycle in years...things were going well then an infection in my toe where they had to remove half my big toe....I stopped the cycle cause I couldnt train for around 2 months....Im getting better although weak and sick to my gut alot
when I get the ok to train again Ill be shooting for mass however Ive got a little gut so dont want too much water weight
I notice you train 3 days a week ...is that enough to start packing on mass? and how long would you wait before starting another cycle?
