I seem to be in the same situation you are...I took much time off due to injury....started back with first cycle in years...things were going well then an infection in my toe where they had to remove half my big toe....I stopped the cycle cause I couldnt train for around 2 months....Im getting better although weak and sick to my gut alot

when I get the ok to train again Ill be shooting for mass however Ive got a little gut so dont want too much water weight

I notice you train 3 days a week ...is that enough to start packing on mass? and how long would you wait before starting another cycle?

your experience will be appreciated

What kind of infection? I had/have gout in my left toe. It's almost fully gone thanks to anti inflamatories.

3 days a week is definetelly enough. Actually, truth be told, for the first month I've only trained 2 days a week, as I always seemed to wrecked to go 3 days. This week is my first week on 3 days. So far in the last 3 and 1/2 weeks since the cycle started, I gained 24lbs (244 to 268).

Regarding the gut - I had one before I got back in the gym. Still there, but much smaller now, even though I've been eating as much as I can stuff my face with and I am on bulk gear only. The bulk gear will make you gain mass quickly, so that increases your lean mass weight, so your BMR increases. Plus all the extra activity you will be doing now that you are back in the gym, all go towards losing fat as well.

the infection is called osteomyltis(?) and infection in the bone...started in the shoulder took 4 surgeries to get it out however damaged the shoulder big time....I will never push the weight I used to.....the infection can travel to where other wounds are in your body and it ended in the toe(Im also diabetic)

the foot is healing and I pray this is it for a while

my last cycle was screwed half way through and had gained 20lbs or so..lost most cause I cant eat enough but with the ok beginning Oct.1 I plan on a 10-12 week grow cycle and hope for the best

good luck with the gout and Ill be interested to see how it goes

doesnt it suck sitting around waiting to heal....all i can do is pound the abs
