I was going threw some old thread and one post was about H.I.T training and you noted that you do as many as you can and then 1 negative and thats it. No rest pause or forced reps?
I was going threw some old thread and one post was about H.I.T training and you noted that you do as many as you can and then 1 negative and thats it. No rest pause or forced reps?
I don't usually have a training partner, so I can't do forced reps, etc. Besides, the muscle has already failed if I can't complete another full rep, the way I look at it anyway.
