Phil, could you go into detail about the training program you advocated that MG spoke in a different thread? Or perhaps a link to it if you already have it listed somewhere on the board?

I am really in a stale rut right now and beginning to depressed about my training and all.

Many thanks in advance my friend.

For those that know something of Phil's Philosophy-he's not a fan of high volume.
There is a Muscular Development Issue out there summer 1995 I think that has Phil on the cover huge ripped and veiny wearing a powerhouse gym hat.
It featured a training article by him in it and I started training as he instructed in the article each bodypart 3 times a week each bodypart got hit with three intense sets -so over a given week that muscle was getting hit three times-brief intense work outs-I gained about 18 lbs that summer already above 265 I ended up around 283-285. Biggest and strongest I had been and one of the most intense systesm I had used prior to DC training.
I'd probably switch back and forth between the two if I was at 100%.

This isn't Phil's program... but if you dig up "story time with lats" (i think part 2) he discusses a guy who follows a program that is built on similar principles and goes into pretty good detail about it.

Why am I a douche? Because I simply ask for help? Is that it?

I did not know it was a paid for service considering it was already posted free.

If anyone is a douche it's you and your inspid attitude. If you can't add anything but insecure negativity, then don't post on my thread again. "Douche"

Let me add

There is no specific time to change routines......just when you plateau.....and then you have to know WHAT routine to go to next............thats the key

Anybody give that program a try? Post up your results if you ran it for a good amount of time.

I never knew an insipid attitude could be a douche. Ya learn somethin' new everyday...or I just got stupider.
