I friend of mine has a good relationship with his doc, more or less, and asked him about Hgh, since his doc has done some research with it. My bud's idea is to metabolise his 57 yr middle age old gut--a present from his dad. He is tight everywhere else, has a great diet, etc. He's tried everything else, carb reduction, more cardio, and he looses weight in his muscle mass, not the gut. He would use it along with AAS.
His doc flatly said that it could cause diabetes and is too dangerous to use. Now I know its a legal issue for the doc, but my friend has many friends who have used it, feel great, look great and have no problems, but they are younger than him.
Any information out there? The studies he's read on line said there was a six month increased resistence to insulin, then a six month decreased.
He's thinking about a dose of about 2IU to start and a six month or year commitment.
