I have been out of the gym for at least 3 months and haven't done much, just had a lot going on at home with the kids and the wife. anyway, i have noticed considerable pain in my joints since i stopped going to the gym. question to everyone, has anyone experienced this before,is it normal and what did you do to relieve it. its to the point where i don't even want to start back up again?

bro have you cycled before . . that is of most importance. How long where you on and how long have u been using for?

What would cycling or not cycling have to do with a thing? He is having sore joints from being inactive most likely.. ii asked how old he was because that would make a huge difference in what could be wrong with him.

Still hurts

Sorry that i have been absent work had me offline, i am 38 went from 3-4 times a week in the gym to pretty much zero over the past 90 days did some running but pretty much no weights at all. i thought i would be more responsive to starting up again but it aches like hell so i havent started back. i did go to the doc (army) yesterday and they were of no help. i have to fast and go back for blood work to see it its rheumatoid arthritis.

strako44 I haven't cycled because of i am still active duty, but i had a friend that did about a year ago he hasn't done anything since not even protein or any other type fufu supplements

thanks guys i appreciate the the response

My advice would be to go slow... Drink lots of water and maybe try some glusoamine.. It will take a couple weeks to kick in but you will appreciate it once it starts working. There is also a supplement calleD Sam e and its mostly for relaxation but one of the benificial sides is that it soothes your joints, and believe me it does. Try it out and see if it doesnt help. Good luck with your test..

Thanks, i was thinking of some supplements as well since i had been off for so long. I really dont think i get a full compliment of Macro and mico nutrients either. i am gonna start with a multi vitamin, Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. run with it for a good month and see if i feel any better. does any of the board sponsors have anything of this nature i would like to support the board if possible.
thanks again

Cycling has a great deal with it, if he had cycled. Some people get horrible joint pain after cycling. that sir is a fact. You need to be better informed before making such an accusation . . Now, that we have an idea, that he is not cycling, well, according to specific reasons and past military history. Where you station overseas, what is your water intake, yes, supplements may help. Just make sure you get the results back from that blood work. Knowing that army hospitals are at times not the best. . Not sure if you can see a specialist - Ortho would be a great idea.

Good luck sir..
