I had just finished a good cycle of sustanon, making some solid gains. However towards the end of the last week of the cycle, while at my usual gym, I fell on a short heavy duty metal stool. Hit the right bun. To make a long story short I had to go to the hospital for major muscle trauma and infection. Been about 4 weeks already. In the process I have lost about 24 lbs. They are starting me on rehab but wanted me to not to weights for the legs until October or November. When I do start up again at the gym, they want me to do only upper body and use machines and seated cables only for a month and then move slowly into free weights. Have a couple of questions: Even though I have been off the juice for about 4 weeks, I am wondering about going back on it for a while to try and gain some of what was lost in the injury. Would anyone recommend that? Also are there weightlifting/bodybuilding programs out there that specifically deal with recovery of an injury and then proceeding on to regular weightlifting?
