I know, I just snapped a quick one, didn't want to have the camera out too long in the gym. I'm 6' about 240. I'll try to take some more pics in a bit, I'm proportional, not just an arm jockey, my arms are actually my worst bodypart.

I'm thinking about trying a show this early March, I'm going to diet down with Skip and see if I'm happy and then think about the show.

Vander if you come back for the reunion, holler at your other GP boy. I'll be here.
