Quinine Sulphate ?

Have any of you guys on here who compete used Quinine to avoid cramping on Contest day ?

Thinking of using some Dyazide.....Concerned with Cramps...

Cant seem to find much info in regards to Dosage / Duration on Quinine for BB puposes....

Tonic water contains very small amounts of quinine. Hernon said it can help with cramps.

From my understanding the FDA pulled it a couple of years ago so it might be hard to find. I used it and I didn't have a problem. I actually had a doctors script for it and thats where I got it from. I started taking it Tuesday before my show at one cap in the morning and one before bed and as I got closer to the show I doubled the amount.

If you are having problems acquiring it, you might want to research it for aquarium use. I had a tub of it I used to treat various fish related diseases when I ran a store. I have no idea how pure it is or anything, thus my recommendation for research.

Stuff is hard to get.
