Well i disagree with people saying he won becasue he was white BUT on the other hand we ALL know it helps , MONEY its all about the money and marketing they know who they want to win for moneys sake , i think its a shame but CC looked his best and deserved to pull this one out there are some bad pics of CC from the front but from the back CC dominates thats where he easly won and thats how he took the overall.

To say he won straight up cause hes white is an insult to white people and is simple untrue these people who are being racist should step on a stage next to Chris and then talk there smack.

I dont think all the judges gathered up and said "yep this years is going to that white fugger over there.. he is big pretty and most of all can represent us white Folk.

BTW, Is there ever a hands down win?
every contest thread I read it shoulda went to someone else?

i talked to bill wilmore last yr after he lost to duvall and im sure he will say the same thing this yr when i talk to him...race was NOT the factor...i still think Bill was better then cook this yr ...do i think marketing is a big factor ..YES...its just a shame cuz i know bill has been at this for a while now an it has been a toss up between 1st an 2nd place for him the last 2 yrs at nationals, and hes come up short both times....i just hope he keeps at it...

yeah i would definitely agree he won because he is white. thats why the past 5-6 years MR.O has been a black guy, and 2nd place has gone to the white guy. i wish some people would think b4 the speak, not everything is about race, sometimes people do actually win fairly.

Yeah, p-lifting is a little more objective. A buddy told me one time that there's 2 things a man can't fake. That's an orgasim and a deadlift. lol.

I love this militantism in bodybuilding. "The man" is keeping down black bodybuilders, huh? You know, I seriously doubt playing the race card is going to work in bodybuilding. "The man" sure didn't help Jay Cutler. lol. There he is, blue eyed, blonde haired and lacking rythm and they still won't let him have the sandow.

Everybody knows bodybuilding is a subjective sport. Who knows what any panel of judges are going to favor on any given day. But, race sure doesn't play a factor. Take a look at the make up of the IFBB. I think blacks are pretty well represented. Like Phil, I hate to see this race crap brought into the debate. I think it cheapens the accomplishments of those who bust their ass to be world class bodybuilders.

WELL WERE TALKING RONNIE COLEMAN???????????????? thats a little different Ronnie is for surely without a doubt way ahead of the pack it would be a mockery for him to lose , BUT lets take Jay agaisnt everyone else??? It would be closer then it is.

Look its a sad thing when the color of your skin can influence a decision but thats not to say it never happens CAUSE IT DOES .

In this case after looking at the pics of CC from the back CC deserved the win so no race card here but like i said b4 being white can only help him and i stand by that .

Usually groupies, wanna-be's and people who never set foot on stage are the ones bitching and moaning and whining like little girls about results of shows... if anything, being a minority in the USA is an advantage these days.....

Also, if the big hoopla is becuase Chris Cook beat out some short black dude, than that is just rediculous... look at Sean Ray, Lee Priest, Dexter Jackson.... the shorter guys just arent cutting it these days in terms of placings or winning the big shows.... it isnt racism.
