I havent competed in a yr, but u bet your ass i will be on stage come november.

i havnt taken any recent pics, but soon will. i will be around 290+ by the time i start dieting for nationals.

i should dial it in at around 240-245

Whats your stats -ht, age, waist, ect . Your gonna do some serious damage come November. Arms look very compact so i can guess you are about 5'7" and maybe 33 yrs old .

arms 21 1/2
legs 30

in the comp pic i was about 218. i was very flat for the show.

i will be much improved for the nationals.

I have always liked your physique and I can't imagine what you are going to look like at over 240 on stage......Scary ! Anyway , I always hear great things about you as a person ,which impresses me more that great physique of yours.[ unbelievable chest and arms though....just sick] Good luck on your road to a pro card [ you might just do it !] ........stay happy and healthy ...........nice to see you post here ......keep us informed on how things are going every now and then ....OK?

Thanks guys, for your kind words. I plan on coming on here from time to time. It’s a great site with a lot of great Bodybuilders, And I am always looking to learn. I will keep you guys updated as I start getting ready for nationals. I have a lot of work that needs to be done, if I want to compete with the big boys. I will do my best and that is all I can ask for.

Spoke with Ralph at Atlantic States after prejudge. He is not only huge, but a terrific person. Really good seeing him and think he has tremendous potential to make his presence felt at Nationals.
